Pomegranate Morning Shake |

A great morning shake using banana and Pomegranate Juice. Ingredients:
1 cup pomegranate juice |
3/4 cup vanilla soymilk (or low-fat milk) |
2 ice cubes |
1 large banana, peeled and broken into chunks |
2 tablespoons slivered almonds (or sliced) |
2 -4 tablespoons protein powder (optional) |
1 teaspoon honey (or to taste) |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine the pomegranate juice with soymilk, ice cubes, banana, almonds protein powder, and honey to taste. Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately. |
