Here is another one of my most requested salsa/guacamole sauces. Ingredients:
2 ripe avacados |
3 green onions, minced |
1 clove garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon jalapeno, chopped fine |
2-3 tablespoons pomegranate juice |
1-2 tablespoons lime juice |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint or cilantro |
salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste |
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds |
Directions:
1. Quarter avacados, remove pits, and peel skin from flesh. Dice the avacados and mix with remaining ingredients except for the pomegranate seeds. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top. |
