Polynesian Rice With Macadamias |

An unusual side dish and a great accompaniment to my Polynesian Meatballs. Ingredients:
1 pkg. uncle bens wild rice mix |
1c. long grain white rice |
3t. soy sauce |
4 chicken bouillon cubes |
5c. boiling water |
1/2c. macadamia nuts; chopped |
sliced scallions |
Directions:
1. Combine rice and soy sauce in 2 qt. casserole. 2. Dissolve bouillon in water and stir into other ingredients. 3. Cover and bake for 30 min. 350F. 4. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 min. 5. Sprinkle with chopped macadamia nuts and sliced scallions before serving. |
