I had this at a function a few years ago, but don't remember where. I wrote down the recipe and just came across it. I remember it was good or I would not have bothered with the recipe. Hope you enjoy!!! I have guessed at the number of servings.
Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/2 lb boiled shrimp, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup water chestnut, chopped
salt
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
