This is a recipe from my Great Grandma... Ingredients:
1 cup oil |
2 cups flour |
3 eggs |
2 cups sugar |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 (3 1/2 ounce) jars carrots (2nd stage baby food) |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can pineapple, crushed |
1 cup coconut |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degree. 2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well by hand (do not use electric mixer). 3. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. 4. bake 40-50 minutes or until set. 5. Serve with whipped cream. |
