Great on slamon, ribs, chicken anything you can bbq. If you can't find sambal substitute any asian chili paste. Ingredients:
3/4 cup hoisin sauce |
1/4 cup plum sauce |
1/4 cup honey |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1 tablespoon tomato paste |
1 tablespoon sambal oelek chili paste, sauce |
2 tablespoons dry sherry |
1 tablespoon curry powder |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 tablespoon minced ginger |
1 tablespoon minced orange rind |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 month. |
