Polynesian Barbecued Pork (Crock Pot) |

This one is for my dear hubby. From a very old Rival cookbook. Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup dry sherry |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup barbecue sauce |
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple chunks (do not drain) |
3 lbs pork, cut in strips and browned |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except the pork in crock pot. Stir well. 2. Add pork and stir to combine thoroughly. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours. Serve with the sauce for dunking. |
