Philippino delicacy. Goes great with a cup of tea. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
3/4 cup sugar |
1/2 cup powdered milk |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 soft butter |
Directions:
1. 1. toast flour in a skillet on med. toast till light brown 2. 2. add powdered milk, salt , and butter mix evenly 3. 3. add sugar into the flour mixture 4. 4. put into flat container and mold by a polvoron molder ( I used the small end of a plastic egg for the mold) pack into the plastic egg and place on a cookie sheet. Put in to frig to set up then move to a tray. The polvoron is wrapped in cellophane in the Philippines. I did not wrap mine. |
