A quick cold weather 30 minute soup Ingredients:
1 (48 ounce) container chicken broth |
2 cups rotisserie cooked chicken, chopped |
2/3 cup carrot |
2/3 cup celery |
2/3 cup white onion |
1/2 cup acini di pepe pasta (dot pasta) |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves |
Directions:
1. Chop chicken into cubes, chop carrots, celery and onion. 2. Put all ingredients into a large pot. 3. Bring to a boil. Cover pot and cook for 30 minutes. 4. Carefully spoon into soup bowls. |
