3 tablespoons dried rose hips |
2 tablespoons dried hawthorne berries |
2 tablespoons dried elderberries |
2 tablespoons dried raspberries |
2 tablespoons dried raspberry leaves |
1 tablespoon dried mountain ash berries |
Directions:
1. Crush in mortar. 2. Mix and store in container. 3. To make tea, steep 1 spoonful 10 minutes. |
