Not sure where I got this recipe but it was probably somewhere online. Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups chicken broth |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
16 ounces sauerkraut |
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced |
1 medium potato, cubed |
2 medium carrots, chopped |
2 stalks celery, sliced |
3/4 lb polish sausage, cubed |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 teaspoons dill |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Place in crockpot for 10 to 12 hours on low. |
