Coleslaw with a twist! It goes with any kind of meat. Ingredients:
300 g finely chopped white cabbage |
300 g finely chopped red cabbage |
1 red long chili pepper (or green) |
4 celery root |
1 carrot |
1 onion |
6 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons white vinegar (or balsamic) |
1 tablespoon honey (or sugar) |
salt |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix all the veggies. 2. Mix the sauce ingredients in another bowl and pour over the sliced veggies. 3. Before serving toss again. |
