Wholegrain unlevened bisquit. Ingredients:
0.33 cup corn meal |
5 tbsp whole wheat flour |
1/2 cup oats, dry |
1/2 oz. pasta |
3/4 cup fiber one |
2 tbsp soy sauce |
3 tbsp dehydrated onion |
3 tbsp minced garlic |
4 tbsp sesame seeds |
1 tsp dry oregano |
1 tsp dry parsley |
1 tsp dry rosemary |
1 tsp dry thyme |
1 tsp dry basil |
1 tsp marjoram |
2 1/2 cups water |
1 tbsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix in microwavable bowl. 2. Microwave till cooked. 3. Spoon onto oiled cookie sheet. 4. Bake at 425 for 20 minutes, flip, bake for 10 more minutes... 5. Cool and serve. |
