Polenta w mushrooms & asparagus

Ingredients:
1 pound(s) asparagus, cut into 1 pieces
1/3 cup(s) chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 cup(s) finely shredded parmesan cheese
1/3 cup(s) low-sodium vegetable broth
3 clove(s) minced garlic
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
3 cup(s) sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 cup(s) small onion, chopped
1 cup(s) tube polenta
Directions:
1. prepare polenta to package directions. Cover and keep warm.
2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet cook onion in hot oil over medium heat until tender. Add mushrooms, asparagus, and garlic; cook, uncovered, about 4 minutes or until almost tender. Stir in broth and salt. Cook, uncovered, over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
3. To serve, divide polenta in to 4 serving bowls. Spoon the mushroom mixture over polenta. Sprinkle with Parmesan and nuts.
