Polenta Toast ¦ Beef Bouilon [1/4 Batch]

A variation on a favorite.
Ingredients:
2 cups corn meal
4 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tbsp black pepper
3 tbsp minced garlic
3 tbsp dehydrated onion
40 grams beef bouillon
7 cups water
Directions:
1. Mix all contents in microwaveable bowl.
2. Cook on high for 5 minutes.
3. Stir.
4. Cook on high for 5 more minutes.
5. Stir.
6. Cook on high for another 5 minutes.
7. Stir. Mixture should be very thick by now.
8. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
9. Turn out onto a large plate.
10. Slice into thin pieces, the smaller and thinner, the crisper they'll be.
11. Arrange on an oiled cooked sheet (I use hot Thai oil for added spice).
12. Cook in the oven at 400 for 20 minutes.
13. Turn.
14. Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until dark golden brown and crunchy.
