A good friend of mine gave me this recipe to try... ingredient amounts are approximate Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) package polenta |
1 cup mushroom, sliced |
1/2 cup onion, diced |
2 plum tomatoes, sliced |
salt, to taste |
pepper, to taste |
garlic, to taste |
Directions:
1. Slice polenta rounds-about 1/4 inch thick. Put veggie mix and parmesan cheese on top of sliced polenta rounds and heat at 350~ until very hot. |
