This is a very fast recipe to make. Ingredients:
1 1/2 quarts water |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
2 cups instant polenta |
3 tablespoons butter |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. 1. In a large sausepan, bring water and salt to a boil over high heat. Stir in polenta in a SLOW STEADY STREAM. Lower heat to medium and continue stiring 5 minutes, or until polenta is thickened to the consistency of hot cereal. 2. 2. Remove polenta from heat and stir in the butter, pepper and cheese. |
