Our family really enjoys smoothies. With their great taste and quick preparation, I make them often. This is a recipe I especially like.
Ingredients:
1 cup 1% low-fat milk
1/2 cup ice cube
1/4 cup instant chocolate drink mix (such as nestle's nesquick) or 1/4 cup strawberry drink mix (such as nestle's nesquick)
1/4 cup chocolate frozen yogurt or 1/4 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
2 tablespoons aerosol whipped cream
Directions:
1. Place milk, ice, flavor powder for milk and frozen yogurt in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into 2 glasses; top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
