Ingredients:
1 1/4 pound sushi-grade yellowfin tuna, cut into 1/4-inch cubes |
1/4 cup yellow onion, minced |
1/4 cup green onion, sliced |
3 tablespoons chopped limu kohu* see note |
1 tablespoon hawaiian salt |
1 tablespoon inamona *see note |
2 teaspoons sesame oil |
Directions:
1. Note: limu kohu is a soft reddish brown seaweed and roasted, ground, and salted kukui nuts 2. Combine all ingredients and mix well and chill. |
