Ingredients:
6 medium tomatoes
2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
martinique dressing, divided
lettuce leaves
Directions:
1. With stem end up, cut each tomato into 8 wedges, cutting to, but not through, base of tomato. Spread wedges slightly apart to form shell.
2. Combine cream cheese, salt, paprika, and 2 tablespoons Martinique Dressing; mix well. To serve, spoon cream cheese mixture into shells; place salad on lettuce leaves. Serve with remaining Martinique Dressing.
