Preparation of favorite Indian Brunch called Poha Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup rice, flakes |
1/4 tbsp salt |
1/4 tbsp cumin seeds |
1/4 tbsp mustard |
1/8 tbsp turmeric |
1/8 tbsp red chili, ground |
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil |
1 small onion, diced |
1 medium potato, diced |
1 large tomato, diced |
Directions:
1. Heat Veg Oil and add mustrad, cumin seeds at med-high heat 2. Saute opnion and potato until brown 5 min 3. Add tomato and continue to saute for 5 min 4. Add turmeric and chili and mix well 5. Add rice flakes- poha and mix well 6. Serve for four (with optional corriander leaves) |
