Little dutch treat Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups wheat flour |
1 cup buckwheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 cup powdered milk |
2 3/4 cups cold water |
2 eggs |
2 tablespoons oil |
2 teaspoons brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Heat poffertje pan on burner. Brush butter on pan and add a 2 tbsp of batter. Turn poffertjes with toothpick. 2. Serve with powdered sugar,jam,or syrup. |
