Goes with Turkey Burgers with Monterey Jack cheese. Ingredients:
2 poblano chiles, grilled, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped (i used a 4 ounce can of green chiles) |
2 dill pickles, medium sized and finely chopped |
1 small red onion, finely chopped |
1/4 cup fresh lime juice |
1 teaspoon honey |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons cilantro leaves, finely chopped |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes and up to 4 hours before serving. |
