1 poblano pepper, diced small |
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced small |
6 roma tomatoes, diced small |
10 green onions, chopped |
2 tablespoons fresh basil, julienned |
2 lemons, juiced |
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all but salt and pepper in a bowl. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste. 3. Can make ahead of time. |
