Poached Tilapia with Garlic Wine Sauce |

Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillets or loins |
Directions:
1. Boil in a skillet: 1.5" white wine, crushed garlic, lemon, onion, sugar and spices. 2. Simmer 20 min. 3. Add fish and reduce heat; cover 5-10 min. Remove and drain. 4. Meanwhile, paste 6 garlic cloves with salt. Combine egg yolks, paste and lemon juice. Add in oil to mayo consistency. 5. Add in cooking liquor and cornstarch to thiken. |
