1/4 avocado |
2 serving 100% whole wheat bread |
2 slices tomato |
Directions:
1. While poaching 1 egg, cut 1/4 avocado into slivers. Toast two slices of bread and add the egg on top of the avocado slices to make a sandwich. Add 1/2 cup blueberries for a complete breakfast. |
