This didn't make much sense when I first learned of this recipe, but now I'm seeing more and more purposes. Ingredients:
1 egg |
2 tablespoons water |
Directions:
1. Place approximately 2 tbs of water in a small bowl. 2. Crack egg and gently transfer into bowl. 3. Pierce the yolk once with a knife. 4. Microwave for 45 sec - 1 min, will vary with your microwave. |
