5 cups fresh or frozen corn |
2 cups milk |
4 teaspoons sugar |
1 tablespoon butter |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes or until corn is tender, stirring frequently. Serve with a slotted spoon. Yield: 6 servings. |
