Thisa recipe was adapted from the Mrs. Its great. I used homemade broth in this recipe. Ingredients:
1/4 cup mrs. dash onion and herb seasoning |
5 cups chicken broth |
1 lb skinless chicken breast halves or 454 g skinless chicken breasts |
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine |
Directions:
1. Combine the broth and Mrs. Dash seasoning in a saucepan; mix well. Bring to a boil. Add the chicken breasts. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes or until done. Once the chicken is cooked, remove to a plate and cover with foil. Raise the heat to high and boil the liquid for 5 minutes to reduce. Add the butter to the broth and whisk until melted. Boil for another 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Taste the sauce and add more seasoning if needed. Slice each chicken breast into 5-6 pieces, arange on a plate. Spoon the sauce over the chicken. |
