This is from the Thursday magazine's special feature titled Meal in a glass ! I hope it helps babies who are teething! Ingredients:
175 g cantaloupe, diced |
65 g frozen unpeeled plums, de-seeded |
65 g frozen pitted cherries |
Directions:
1. Combine in a blender and process until smooth. 2. To ease the pain for a teething baby, try an ice cold fruit smoothie with lots of Vitamin C. 3. You will also be helping your baby's teeth grow strong! 4. Tip: You can't buy frozen plums and cherries, so you will need to freeze these in advance! |
