Wonderful with Chinese food or use as a glaze over chicken. It can be a dip, very versatile Ingredients:
1 cup plum jam |
1/2 cup chutney (any kind but you want a fairly strong flavor) |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan, cook over medium heat, make sure it is well blended and bubbling. 2. Pour into a sterilized jar & refrigerate. |
