Ingredients:
1 cup finely chopped plum tomato (about 2) |
1 cup finely chopped unpeeled plum (about 5 large) |
1/4 cup finely chopped purple onion |
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro or parsley |
2 tablespoons lime juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss gently. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Serve with grilled chicken, turkey, or pork. |
