From Home Cooking Magazine. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons plum preserves |
1 green onion, thinly sliced |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/8 teaspoon curry powder |
1 dash cinnamon |
1 dash red pepper |
4 center-cut pork chops (3/4 inch thick) |
1 garlic clove, split |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*. 2. In small saucepan, heat and stir plum preserves, green onion, soy sauce, lemon juice, curry powder, cinnamon and red pepper over medium heat until bubbly; set aside. 3. Trim fat from pork chops. 4. Rub both sides of chops with garlic. 5. Place chops in baking dish. 6. Baste with sauce. 7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until juices run clear, basting often. |
