One of my favorite quick and easy desserts. Topping with ice cream is just gilding the lily Ingredients:
1/2 cup or more packed brown sugar |
5 large plums, pitted & quartered |
1 cup all purpose flour |
1 cup granulated suagr |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 375 degrees. 2. Sprinkle brown sugar over bottom of 10 pie plate. 3. Arrange plums over brown sugar. 4. Stir together flour, sugar, cinnamon. 5. Stir in egg, until crumbly mixture. 6. Sprinkle mixture over plums. 7. Pour melted butter over top. 8. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly. 9. Remove to wire rack. Enjoy. |
