This is a popular light lunch platter in Ireland and this is my take on it Ingredients:
4 ounces camembert cheese |
4 ounces extra sharp white cheddar cheese |
2 ounces benedictine |
8 -10 carr's crackers |
4 ounces grapes |
3 ounces green apples |
2 ounces unsalted nuts |
4 celery ribs |
4 baby carrots |
Directions:
1. Arrange everything arstically on a platter and serve. 2. if you can't find store bought benedictine you can get my recipe on my page. |
