Connie's recipe from family collection. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
1 cup sugar |
1/2 cup flour |
1/4 cup butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup walnuts, chpped |
1 cup chocolate chips |
8 inches pie shells, unbaked |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. Beat eggs thoroughly. Add sugar and flour to eggs and beat again. Melt butter and allow to set 4-5 minutes. Then add to above mixture. Add vanilla, nuts and chocolate chips to mixture and mix well. 3. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for one hour. 4. Serve warm or at room temperature. |
