Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
3/4 cup milk |
1 (10 3/4 oz) can mushroom soup |
1 ( 8 oz) pkg. cream cheese |
1 lb. can yellow whole kernel corn, drained |
1/4 cup chopped pimento |
8 oz. pkg. noodles, cooked and drained |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Brown onion and meat together until tender. Mix in a boiler the soup, milk and cheese; cook over low heat until mixed well, stirring constantly. Add soup mixture to meat and onions; add corn, pimento and noodles. Mix all ingredients well and pour into long, deep casserole. Bake at 300* until bubbly, about 25 minutes. 2. Serves 6-8 |
