A nice snack! It is great for a nice summer treat! I like mine with a fresh glass of iced tea or pink lemonade! Ingredients:
6-7 green plantains |
garlic powder |
oil for frying |
Directions:
1. Peel and finely slice the plantains, deep frying until golden and crispy. 2. Remove from skillet and drain while the plantain is hot. Sprinkle with garlic powder or salt to taste. 3. Serve with ketchup, honey mustard, or ranch sauce. |
