This is one of my first plain pancakes I used to make before I got into fancier types. But with butter, whipping cream and some homemade blueberry jam - OH YES... you are in heaven with every mouthful!!! Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
2 cups flour |
4 tablespoons baking powder |
4 tablespoons sugar |
1 cup soda water |
Directions:
1. Mix oil, egg and milk in a large bowl. 2. Stir together flour, baking powder and sugar. 3. Add dry ingredients to liquid ingredients. 4. Blend well. 5. Add soda water. 6. Drop 1/2 cupfuls of batter onto lightly oiled griddle. |
