A quickie with multiple uses !! Ingredients:
2 cups peanuts |
1 cup water |
salt |
Directions:
1. Roast, shell, skin and mash the peanuts coarsely. 2. Altenatively you can use the roasted and salted peanuts. 3. In that case do not add more salt. 4. Make a thick paste with water. 5. Mix well. 6. Serve with meats, sausages, chicken or use as a dip. |
