Just a simple easy way to prepare corn for a meal that tastes like it just came from the garden. My family thinks I am a GREAT cook, but it is really simple. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) bag frozen corn |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Place corn in a pot with enough water to come up about one half way of corn. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes. Can keep in pot on warm until time to serve. |
