Pizza with Mushrooms and Tomatoes Recipe |

Very basic pizza with a tasty dough. Ingredients:
250 g all purpose flour |
250 g whole wheat flour |
1 tsp sugar |
1 tsp salt |
1 tbsp flour |
5 packages dry yeast |
1/2 cup non fat milk, warmed |
150 g low fat cheese, shredded |
100 g cheese, shredded |
300 g button mushrooms, sliced |
400 g tomatoes, preferably on the vine, sliced |
1 salt |
1 pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix dry yeast, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp of flour, and the milk and let it foam. 2. Mix with the all purpose and whole wheat flour, adding water as needed to make a light dough. Let rise in a warm room. 3. Saute mushrooms with some salt and pepper until water evaporates. 4. Put a layer of shredded cheese on the dough and spread mushrooms evenly on the top of cheese, sprinkle another layer of cheese and put slices of tomatoes on the top. 5. Bake in 350 degrees oven for about 25 minutes or until crust begins to brown. |
