Pizza with Arugula and Prosciutto |

Ingredients:
2 12- to 14-ounce frozen pizzas |
1/2 bunch arugula (about 2 cups) |
6 slices prosciutto, torn into pieces |
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
kosher salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook the pizzas according to the package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, toss the arugula, prosciutto, olive oil, lemon juice, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Place on top of the cooked pizzas. |
