Little breads which are great to make ahead and freeze to have handy for a party, lunch or to brown bag. Delicious served with soup or salad. Cooking time does not include rising time (90 minutes).
Ingredients:
2 lbs flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons yeast
1 cup milk
2 cups water
2 teaspoons oil
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup cheese, grinded
Directions:
1. Heat up the milk, add oil, yeast, flour and salt.
2. Hneat your dough well and let rise for at least 1 hour at a warm place covered with a kitchen towel.
3. Flatten out dough and spread with pizza sauce, sprinkle with cheese.
4. Roll up and cut into 1 inch thick slices.
5. Arrange on oven tray and let rise for half an hour.
6. Bake at 300°F for 20 minutes.
