This recipe was made for a 4-H project in my hometown. It's delicious, easy, and everyone loves it. Ingredients:
3 raw potatoes, sliced |
10 3/4 ounces cheddar cheese soup |
2 lbs hamburger, browned |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 medium onion, diced |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup sliced olive |
14 1/2 ounces tomato sauce |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Cover bottom of a 13x9 pan with the sliced potatoes. 3. Cover potatoes with cheddar cheese soup and hamburger. 4. Combine salt, onion, oregano, pepper, sugar, and tomato sauce in a seperate bowl. 5. Pour over hamburger. 6. Bake for 45 minutes. 7. Top with cheese and olives. 8. Bake 15 more minutes. |
