My grandma used to make this all the time when we were little. I spread a little on buns and toast them in the oven. Ingredients:
6 slices bacon |
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup |
2 medium onions, chopped fine |
1 green pepper, chopped fine |
1 (8 ounce) can mushroom pieces, drained |
1/2 lb mozzarella cheese |
1/2 lb cheddar cheese |
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce |
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
100 g salami or 100 g pepperoni, chopped small |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Chop and fry bacon until soft not overly crispy. 2. Remove bacon, cook onion and pepper until soft and add bacon. 3. Add remaining ingredients stir until cheese has melted. |
