This recipe is a combination of two previously submitted recipes by Inez Willenborg and Nye McClelland. Thank you for the ideas. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce |
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste |
2 tablespoons minced garlic |
2 tablespoons light brown sugar |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon coriander |
1/4 teaspoon basil |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 teaspoon cumin |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. |
