This is a recipe I have been making forever. It was on an old recipe card in my recipe box. Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground beef |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 egg |
1/3 cup tomato paste |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 cup parsley |
2 cups mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Grease a 9 inch pie pan. 2. Mix the first six ingredients together, like you are making a meatloaf. 3. Press meat mixture into pie pan. 4. Combine tomato paste, olive oil and oregano. 5. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. 6. Spoon over meat mixture. 7. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. |
