Everyone in my family likes different toppings on their pizza so grilling them individually lets all have their pick....And it gets us all around the grill Ingredients:
2 lb. pizza dough ( i use 2 cans when i'm in a hurry) |
marinara sauce ( can be home made or in the jar) |
cheese to top ( your choice) |
toppings of your choice, some suggestions are |
onion |
pepper |
mushroom |
sliced tomato |
minced garlic |
eggplant |
artichokes |
pineapple |
chicken |
hamburger |
meatball |
pepperoni |
sausage |
whatever you like |
Directions:
1. Heat grill to medium heat 2. Divide dough into 8 individual pizzas 3. Put on 8 individual plates 4. Put marinara in bowl with several spoons for spreading onto pizza 5. Assemble toppings onto platter 6. Have go at the grill 7. Put dough on grill for a minute or two 8. When it gets those wonderful grill lines, flip it 9. Load it up with toppings of your choice 10. Shut the lid and let it cook for a few minutes until done |
