These can't be made as fast everyone eats them up. Easy and a super appetizer. Kids and all love them Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
3/4 cup flour |
1 to 1-1/2 cups cubed small pepperoni |
1 egg |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Mix together flour and milk 2. Add cheddar cheese, pepperoni & egg. Mix well 3. Spray (spray heavy) mini muffin pans 4. Fill each cup with mixture (you can fill almost to top) and bake at 375 for 20 minutes or till golden brown. 5. Remove from pans immediately and serve hot 6. NOTE: You might want to line your racks with aluminum foil as they get greasy as they cook and drips over. Makes for easier clean up. |
